- Non-Pneumatic Construction: Eliminates concerns about flats or air pressure maintenance.
- High-Impact Composite Material: Designed for durability with rubber-like wear resistance and traction characteristics.
- Wider Footprint: Improves flotation and stability on sand, dirt, rocks, and uneven terrain.
- Sealed Ball Bearings: Provides smooth rolling operation while helping keep out dust and debris.

Off-Road Performance
The wheel kit is engineered specifically for off-road jack applications where standard small caster wheels may struggle on soft or uneven terrain. The larger wheel profile and wider tread help improve mobility across dirt, gravel, sand, and rocky surfaces while maintaining smooth operation in garage environments. The non-pneumatic design removes the need for tire inflation and reduces the risk of flats during use or transport.
Construction and Design
Pro Eagle formulated the wheels using a durable composite material with rubber-like characteristics intended to provide excellent wear resistance while maintaining realistic tire appearance and feel. The detailed BFGoodrich KM3-inspired tread pattern and wheel styling are designed to closely resemble full-size off-road tires.Sealed bearings are integrated into the wheels to promote smoother movement and reduce contamination from dirt and debris during off-road use.
Installation and Compatibility
This wheel kit is designed as a direct replacement for compatible Pro Eagle jack models and installs using included hardware and bearings. The wheels are also compatible with many other big wheel jack designs, though some applications may require reusing original bearings depending on axle sizing. The replacement setup allows users to maintain or adjust jack height depending on wheel size configuration and compatible jack platform.
Why It Stands Out
