Bolthold SP10-38 Asphalt Anchor – Zinc Plated
The Bolthold SP10-38 asphalt anchor is a heavy-duty anchoring solution engineered specifically for asphalt installations. This 6″ anchor is ideal for mounting bike racks, signage, machinery, and similar fixtures directly into asphalt surfaces. Each anchor is pre-installed with a 1″ hex bolt and 1″ diameter washer, installs flush with the surface, and allows mounted items to be removed cleanly without leaving protrusions.
Notice: Do not install anchors with tile grout. Bolthold anchors must be installed using the specified EPX2 or EPX3 specialty grout only.

Installation Tips
- Drill a 7/8″ diameter hole to a depth of 6″ for proper anchor embedment.
- Ensure the bolt length inside the anchor does not exceed 3″.
