This USA-made 3/8″ bright wire rope is a 6×19 class of wire rope featuring an independent wire rope core (IWRC), offering a dependable balance of durability and flexibility. Manufactured from Extra Improved Plow Steel (EIPS), it provides higher tensile strength than standard IPS-grade wire, making it well-suited for lifting, winching, suspension lines, and other high-load industrial uses.
Colored strands may appear in some domestic wire ropes for manufacturer ID or visibility purposes; these color variations do not affect assembly break strength.

6×19 Wire Rope Configuration
Our wire rope is made using EIPS-grade cable.EIPS (Extra Improved Plow Steel) refers to the strength of the wire rope – its tensile strength is around 10% greater than an IPS grade, improving the break strength.
The class of this wire rope is 6×19. These numbers nominally refer to the construction of the wire rope – the number of outer strands around the core and an estimation of the number of wires within each of these outer strands. So for a 6×19 class, the number of outer strands is 6, and the number of wires making up each strand ranges from 15-26.
