This USA-made 3/4″ galvanized wire rope combines Extra Improved Plow Steel (EIPS) and a 6×26 construction with an Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), delivering excellent strength and abrasion resistance. Colored strands may appear in some domestic wire ropes for manufacturer ID or visibility purposes; these color variations do not affect assembly break strength.

These numbers nominally refer to the construction of the wire rope – the number of outer strands around the core and an estimation of the number of wires within each of these outer strands. So for a 6×19 class, the number of outer strands is 6, and the number of wires making up each strand ranges from 15-26.
